If you would like to sell Sixth & Elm items in your online or Brick and Mortar Boutique, we offer both wholesale and consignment terms to fit with all types of shops in all types of markets.
Wholesale Terms and Conditions
These wholesale terms are guidlelines, but we can discuss your personal needs or situation if one or more of the terms does not work for our agreement. I’m pretty easy to work with.
How to make a Wholesale Inquiry
To establish yourself as a wholesale dealer for Sixth & Elm, simply fill out the wholesale inquiry form with as much detail as you are able to provide. I will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and we can set up the terms and conditions that will be unique to your needs.
Wholesale Discounts
For orders under 7 pieces: a 30% Wholesale Discount is offered. The discount applies to the pricing of items as listed on sixthandelm.etsy.com
For orders of 7 pieces or more: a 50% Wholesale Discount is offered. The discount applies to the pricing of items as listed on sixthandelm.etsy.com
Minimums

Initial order – $200USD after the Wholesale discount is applied

Payments
Prepaid prior to shipping by paypal, or check/money order cashable in Canada.
Shipping and Handling
We ship worldwide and will evenly split the cost of shipping wholesale items with you. All items are shipped Canada Post Small Package Air Mail (International Priority).
Courier shipping for rush shipments is available, but we ask that you cover the extra cost for rush service. Courier shipments are sent via Purolator Courier Canada.
If items arrive damaged please contact me and I will send a replacement. I may or may not ask you to send back the original at my cost, depending on the item, and whether or not I need the item to file an insurance claim with the Canada Post. Please provide pictures of the damage if possible.
Consignment and Dropshipping
How to Make a Consignment or Dropshipping Inquiry
Consignment or Dropshipping is also available for shops that operate under consignment or dropshipping terms. Each shop is different and has different requirements, so please fill out the following consignment inquiry form with as much information as possible and we can create our agreement based on this.
Suggested Retail Price
Suggested Retail price for consignment items is 130% of the prices listed on sixthandelm.etsy.com. This accounts for the fact that your customers do not need to pay for shipping and allows me to still make a profit within the terms of a consignment contract.
Payments
Payment, upon sale of the item, can be made by PayPal, or by cheque/money order cashable in Canada.

We ship worldwide and responsibility for payment for shipping will be outlined in the consignment contract. All items are shipped Canada Post Small Package Air Mail (International Priority).
Courier shipping for rush shipments is available, but we ask that you cover the extra cost for rush service. Courier shipments are sent via Purolator Courier Canada.
General Terms
- Items will be insured for shipping in case of lost or stolen shipments. This applies to new consignment items and to return shipping of unsold items at the end of the contract.
- Consignment terms are to be reviewed and revised by both parties until agreement is reached before start of contract
- Items damaged during a consignment contract will be considered sold (sorry!) and payment will be due. I’ll probably give you a bit if a break on the price though, just be honest with me and we’ll figure it out.
